Collaboration of challenging spirits from Yamamoto Sake Brewery and old superb yeast ❗️ A novice drinker like me can't fully appreciate the The deliciousness 😆😆😆😆😆! I can't believe how beautifully they collaborate. I appreciate the hard work of the brewery and the toji. It's a great way to relieve the stresses of everyday life. ‼️ I drink 4 gou of sake at night, but tonight I drank 2 gou of Yamamoto No.6 yeast 😆😆.

At my favorite restaurant near Narita station❗️ Hourai where I worked in Gifu for 3 years 😆😆😆😆. VIP sake at Narita 🤩🤩🤩🤩. The name of the sake is ''not for sale''‼️. It's a charm 💓 that it's for sale. As usual, I got three delicious sakes (I'm not going to report on those three 🫲), but I'll leave that for next time. The recommended way to drink is cold sake or on the rocks. But if you have the delicious assortment of sashimi as a side dish, you can enjoy it at room temperature. I am a commoner, but when I hear the word "VIP," my taste buds go downhill... 👍

At a favorite restaurant near Narita station ‼️. Sawara, Chiba, Toukoru Sake Brewery. We had the best Junmai Ginjo made with Aiyama sake rice 😋, fatty yellowtail sashimi, plump Hakata Jidori chicken Negima,.... They go so well together 😂. Enjoy the luxury of enjoying freshly brewed sake with gusto ‼️. The ginjo aroma is surely mellow and full-bodied, not to be outdone by the strong flavor of the food. I think I could easily drink a four-pack of this 😍.

The typhoon has passed and the air has turned autumnal with a vengeance 🍁. At my favorite restaurant near Narita Station. The previous day, I received a line from O-chan, the owner of the store, informing me of the Hiyaoroshi and Aki-agari sake festivals in Chiba Prefecture 🎶. I️️have a bottle of Chiba's delicious sake, Jumankame hiyaoroshi, which I️ encountered at this restaurant. It's a Monday, but I'm going to go out there 🏃♂️. The first sip is full-bodied and full of flavor. It goes really well with the sauce flavored yakitori 😋. When it is exposed to air a little, the roughness is removed and the original flavor of the sake is revealed. I wonder if a good sake can make people's feelings so positive... I got drunk 😎.

A little bit late summer vacation, I'm going on a 🚗 expedition from Narita City to Niigata City❗️. We are going to visit our favorite sushi restaurant in Furumachi, Niigata City, which we visited 2 years ago 🍣. I was a little nervous sitting at the counter, which I'm not used to, but I had an assortment of local fish 🥢. Ugh, delicious ❗️......switch on 🤩.... My nerves are quickly shattered and I'm enjoying my sake at my usual pace when the owner unexpectedly recommends the Hakkaisan Kowagura brew. The owner offered me a rare delicacy, conger eel liver and roe of shrimp. 😂😂😂😂 please understand 🙇♂️. The sake had a superb ginjo aroma and was cool to the touch with a nice sharp taste, this is what Hakkaisan is all about 😂😂.

At my favorite restaurant near Narita station 😋. We had a lot of good sake before this one, but the owner told us that he was going to show off his debut sake next week. The sake that came out was my beloved Yamagata sake, "Kudokibe Aizan 33" 😆😆😆😆. The fruity taste is not so strong but the umami is as strong as the richness of the sea urchin 💪. It was the best sake to reward myself for hard work 😆😆.

At my favorite restaurant near Narita station. I️ got a line from O-chan at the store inviting me to join the new girls. Out of the 9 new girls, you have Fukui's Ippongi 😳. I decline at once because I have a physical tomorrow, but then I reconsider that the physical is only to represent the everyday? I'm heading to the store 🏃♂️. Ippongi's entrée was yellowfin tuna and horse mackerel boiled in ume plum, which O-chan caught in the Oshima area. Too good ❗️❗️❗️❗️ Sake rice is local Koshinoshizuku, and Ippongi San (San-tsuke?) sublimated the Nanbu Touji method. I love this brewery, which embodies the one and only sake brewing. I call myself a Kuroryu lover, but it is a summer night when I admire once again that there is Ippongi in Fukui.

The rainy season has ended in record time in the Kanto region, and it was a very hot day🥵🥵🥵. Today was my company's adjustment day off, so I went for a drive to a sake brewery in Sawara City, Chiba Prefecture, to get the sake I was looking for. That was Daiginjo Kaifu Sanjin❗️. It's been a while since I've had aluzoe since I haven't had it recently. To accompany the sake, I bought an assortment of 6 kinds of tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce), which is unique to the town of Suigo, and let it cool slowly until it is time for the evening meal. When you take a sip, a fresh and fruity ginjo aroma escapes your nose. Although it is made from Yamada-Nishiki, it has a crisp and smooth taste and is very easy to drink. It's just the perfect sake for today's hot and humid day after the rainy season. I'm impressed once again by the many sake breweries in Chiba that make delicious sake.

At my favorite restaurant near Narita station❗️ Today we will have a seasonal sake of Kangiku, recommended by O-chan 😋😋. It's very fruity and easy to drink. I'm not sure if it's the ginjo aroma or the fruitiness that I'm familiar with... 😳The sake rice is Yamagata's Dewasanbana, right? In my opinion, the key to the flavor of this sake is the sake rice.

At my favorite restaurant near Narita station. A very limited sake from Kangiku Sake Brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. The price of a single brew is the same as that of Jyushidai. I️was tempted to tsk tsk, but the taste was just (I'm so happy!). I apologize for the expression, but the lively and lively taste and the ease of drinking go perfectly with tobiko no namenroi. I'm sorry for my high tension 🙇♂️. It was a delicious sake.

At a famous chicken ramen restaurant near Narita Station. I had a bowl of Kido's summer sake with a bowl of chashu pork before Chinese buckwheat noodles 😋. The sake is made with stable rice Gohyakumangoku, fruity and refreshing, just like a summer sake. I also had the anchovy-flavored cabbage chashu pork 😎! Kido is a wonderful sake.

At my usual favorite restaurant near JR Narita Station. The owner of the store informed me that he had obtained a bottle of Kotobuki Mangame, a summer sake from Kamogawa Kameda Sake Brewery. I️️ got the news that we got the summer sake. It's so hot today that I definitely want to drink summer sake 😤. I'm going to have "Namero", a classic dish in Boso, served with vinegar. Ugh, too delicious! The flavor comes in right off the bat even though it's just opened 👍. It's a perfect food sake. The night in Narita goes on while enjoying the aromatic ginjo aroma 😋.

AKABU's new product❗️Says he likes sake rice Aizan😆😆😆😆😆😆. At a famous chicken ramen restaurant in Narita. I had a bowl of chashu pork and Greek style marinated vegetables. I had a bowl of chashu pork and marinated colorful vegetables with it. It is soft to drink and goes well with both vegetables and meat 😋. It was hot today, so the ginjo aroma was refreshing.

At Narita's famous Chicken Hakyu Ramen restaurant. We started off with Houou Mita Hatsushibori from Hanayouyu! The dish is "Chuka Soba Mae" 😄. The name is a bit aggressive, but it has "Otsumami Negi Gyoza" and "Otsumami Negi Chashuu". They go well together 😋😋😋😋. It was delicious ‼️.

At Narita's famous Chicken Hakyu Ramen restaurant. Actually, it's my favorite restaurant that has a lineup of rare and famous Sake ‼️In part due to the influence of Corona, this is my first visit this year😕The energetic young owner welcomed me roughly and said it's been a long time 😆We have Kahayo 🎉, so I had my fourth cup of the day 🍶, too good! I am just in awe of this 😋 cup of sake that needs no explanation. If you are a drinker, you know what I'm talking about❓

Another favorite restaurant near Narita Station. We had the restaurant's O-chan's homemade yellowtail teriyaki as our entrée. The crisp, unfiltered, raw sake and the deep, fukuyoka flavor of Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi matched perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce of the amberjack teriyaki ❗️. The sake was from a brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture, where O-chan is from. Delicious‼️!

It is a fukuro-tori (bagged) raw sake with 100% Yamadanishiki sake rice. It is a very robust sake, but the mellow aroma as well as the depth of flavor is irresistible! This is my first time drinking this sake and it is delicious. I am happy to watch the Grand Sumo Tournament on TV with a side dish of chilled tofu topped with pickles and a tube of fresh shoyu from the convenience store 😄.

At a favorite restaurant near Narita Station. We enjoyed a glass of spring sake from Fukushuku while eating nameko mushrooms. It's a nice, fruity sake with a hint of spring haze!
