Ippongi's entrée was yellowfin tuna and horse mackerel boiled in ume plum, which O-chan caught in the Oshima area.

Sake rice is local Koshinoshizuku, and Ippongi San (San-tsuke?) sublimated the Nanbu Touji method. I love this brewery, which embodies the one and only sake brewing.
I call myself a Kuroryu lover, but it is a summer night when I admire once again that there is Ippongi in Fukui.
