We had a lot of good sake before this one, but the owner told us that he was going to show off his debut sake next week.
The sake that came out was my beloved Yamagata sake, "Kudokibe Aizan 33" 😆😆😆😆.
The fruity taste is not so strong but the umami is as strong as the richness of the sea urchin 💪.
It was the best sake to reward myself for hard work 😆😆.
