I had a bowl of Kido's summer sake with a bowl of chashu pork before Chinese buckwheat noodles 😋.
The sake is made with stable rice Gohyakumangoku, fruity and refreshing, just like a summer sake.
I also had the anchovy-flavored cabbage chashu pork 😎!
Kido is a wonderful sake.
