The previous day, I received a line from O-chan, the owner of the store, informing me of the Hiyaoroshi and Aki-agari sake festivals in Chiba Prefecture 🎶.
I️️have a bottle of Chiba's delicious sake, Jumankame hiyaoroshi, which I️ encountered at this restaurant.
It's a Monday, but I'm going to go out there 🏃♂️.
The first sip is full-bodied and full of flavor. It goes really well with the sauce flavored yakitori 😋.
When it is exposed to air a little, the roughness is removed and the original flavor of the sake is revealed.
I wonder if a good sake can make people's feelings so positive... I got drunk 😎.
