Another favorite restaurant near Narita Station.
We had the restaurant's O-chan's homemade yellowtail teriyaki as our entrée. The crisp, unfiltered, raw sake and the deep, fukuyoka flavor of Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi matched perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce of the amberjack teriyaki ❗️.
The sake was from a brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture, where O-chan is from. Delicious‼️!
