shinjetIt is a fukuro-tori (bagged) raw sake with 100% Yamadanishiki sake rice. It is a very robust sake, but the mellow aroma as well as the depth of flavor is irresistible!
This is my first time drinking this sake and it is delicious.
I am happy to watch the Grand Sumo Tournament on TV with a side dish of chilled tofu topped with pickles and a tube of fresh shoyu from the convenience store 😄.
