A little bit late summer vacation, I'm going on a 🚗 expedition from Narita City to Niigata City❗️.
We are going to visit our favorite sushi restaurant in Furumachi, Niigata City, which we visited 2 years ago 🍣.
I was a little nervous sitting at the counter, which I'm not used to, but I had an assortment of local fish 🥢.
Ugh, delicious ❗️......switch on 🤩....
My nerves are quickly shattered and I'm enjoying my sake at my usual pace when the owner unexpectedly recommends the Hakkaisan Kowagura brew.
The owner offered me a rare delicacy, conger eel liver and roe of shrimp.
😂😂😂😂 please understand 🙇♂️.
The sake had a superb ginjo aroma and was cool to the touch with a nice sharp taste, this is what Hakkaisan is all about 😂😂.
