This is the third year for Harukoi. Fruity and strawberry lactic acid again this year. Slightly carbonated when mixed with nigori. It tastes like a sake. No doubt this year too. ❗️+

It is refreshing, but if you are conscious of it, you can feel the bitterness.

Fruity and mellow sake, with a fruity flavor of peaches and flowers, green apples, and a clean, fresh aftertaste.
It is a delicious sake, as is typical of Kangiku.

A great report as soon as you open it. Takes a little while to drink.
Tastes like a lactic acid drink and mild to slightly rummy.
It tastes clean and not strongly sweet.
The color of the bottle makes it feel close to Suzune, like it's refreshing and clean. Both are delicious.

Refreshing banana taste and fresh flavor. When mixed with the bottom of the bottle, it has a rich fruity banana taste and a slightly carbonated feeling.
Refreshing aftertaste. Delicious!

The nigori, which had been sinking, was sent flying up by the bubbles in the bottle!

It has a strong flavor that is typical of Shinsei, but not too strong. It has a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste and a smoky flavor like that of a wooden vat.
It was delicious no matter what it was paired with. +1.5

It was chilled to a crisp, but the gas that came out when the bottle was opened rolled up the cloudy liquid that had accumulated underneath and made the inside of the bottle look like snow ❗️No way! The gas was so strong that it made the inside of the bottle look like snow ❗️.
Rich carbonation and fruity. Citrusy, grapefruit-like bitterness. This year it's a little sweeter.
But delicious every year+.
