1,500 yen + tax / 4 cups This is a PB product of La Jomon, a liquor store in Yamagata City, and brewed by Mitobe Shuzo of Yamagata Masamune. The taste is just like the paper we received at the store, very refreshing in both aroma and acidity. Personally, I felt the aftertaste was a bit like Yakult. You can drink it easily without any snacks.

2,090 yen/750ml For some reason, it is a little more than 4 cups. This bottle is made from "Kaminoho", a sake rice native to Mie Prefecture. It has a strong fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of pineapple with a sweetness. There is not much acidity, and both the flavor and aroma spread softly in the mouth, with a gentle taste. It is delicious.

Tefu" by Kokugon Shuzo. I've had the standard white, the black Junmai Daiginjo, and the red Junmai Dry, but this was my first time to try the purple one. The full, sweet and umami taste of the Tefu series has not changed. It has a slightly heavier full-bodied flavor, and it has the feel of Japanese sake. If you're looking for the soft aftertaste of the white tefu, you might think it's a little different, but I think it's a good sake that you won't miss, even without an accompaniment.

Needless to say, Fukushima is the famous sake of Aizu-bange. You can drink it in many pubs in Fukushima Prefecture, but it is rarely seen in retail stores. It's just a beautiful taste, and it's an honorable student. It's not made to emphasize the fruity ginjo aroma and sweet and acidic flavor, but rather it's a sake that's played with the flavor of the rice and reduced to the extreme. I can't buy it that often, but if I find it, I'll repeat it. It's good for gift-giving as well because it doesn't choose people.

I bought it because I was curious about the label. Slightly yellowish light blue, with a discreet aroma. In the mouth, it has a rich flavor, with an aftertaste of acidity with a sense of maturity. The brewery holds an annual event called the "Great Harvest Festival" as a special sake. The brewery held an event called "Great Harvest Festival" once a year, and we couldn't hold it this year due to the corona, so we bought a bottle of sake from a roadside station in Yamagata. None of the sweet, spicy and acidic acids are prominent, and the aftertaste reminds me of a so-called dry sake. For better or worse, the sweetness and aroma of the Daiginjo are not so great, so it doesn't seem to interfere with a meal.
