This bottle is made from "Kaminoho", a sake rice native to Mie Prefecture.
It has a strong fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of pineapple with a sweetness.
There is not much acidity, and both the flavor and aroma spread softly in the mouth, with a gentle taste. It is delicious.
