Kei
Tefu" by Kokugon Shuzo.
I've had the standard white, the black Junmai Daiginjo, and the red Junmai Dry, but this was my first time to try the purple one.
The full, sweet and umami taste of the Tefu series has not changed.
It has a slightly heavier full-bodied flavor, and it has the feel of Japanese sake.
If you're looking for the soft aftertaste of the white tefu, you might think it's a little different, but I think it's a good sake that you won't miss, even without an accompaniment.
