This is an ambitious work by Mutsu Hassen, which aims to be the best ordinary sake.
It is not a gorgeous and fragrant sake, but it makes you drink it because of the firm taste of the rice and the aftertaste from the moderate astringency.
It's certainly delicious, but at this price, there's no particular advantage to being a regular sake for the consumer...
