This is a PB product of La Jomon, a liquor store in Yamagata City, and brewed by Mitobe Shuzo of Yamagata Masamune.
The taste is just like the paper we received at the store, very refreshing in both aroma and acidity.
Personally, I felt the aftertaste was a bit like Yakult.
You can drink it easily without any snacks.
