It goes well with the mildness of the sea urchin that I handled for the first time! I didn't get to go anywhere during Golden Week, but I'm glad I found this delicious sake. I also wanted to try the "Research Brewing Series Sake Rice and Koji Ratio Complete Set", though it's not available.
