Golden Week when you can't go anywhere, you just have to drink! We opened the recommended Shinomine, which is a sake that goes well with horse sashimi. It has a clear mouthfeel, and although it is not carbonated, it stimulates the tongue. It has a clear sweetness with a slight grapefruit-like aroma and a good acidity. Delicious!

The bottle is stylish😊labeled like a wine. Soft sweet aroma. Soft sweetness with a sour mouthfeel lemon flavor. It's not like a sour soda, it's more of a stimulation on the tongue. A sweet banana-like aftertaste lingers at the end. I really like it, it's unlike any other sake I've had. It's delicious! Happy hump day!

At Ebisu Kimijimaya We stopped by at Kimijimaya on our 10km walk. All of them were delicious. It's good to study outside sometimes. Gikyo Junmai Ginjo, gentle taste of peach. A little sourness, too. It's delicious. Tatenogawa Oija Junmai Daiginjo, this was my favorite. I like the muscat-like sweetness and acidity. Myounohana Ei Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu, I felt it was clearer after drinking the others. It has a complex taste. Delicious.

Today I found out the result of my medical checkup and I lifted my drinking ban👍🏻. Yamamoto, Pure Black, the jacket is so cool! Sweet aroma, and on the palate, you can feel the unique sharpness of sake. After that comes the taste of citrus like grapefruit. A mild sourness follows, but the overall impression is that of a clear sake. As time goes by, the sweetness and mellowness increase and it is delicious. It was the perfect sake to celebrate the lifting of the ban!

We decided to buy this sake because of the cute chameleon picture. First, we drank the top clear. The aroma is sweet, like yogurt. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and the freshness spread, and the stimulus of the slight foam comes in. The aftertaste is lingering foam and a gentle refreshing sweetness. The second glass is mixed with a cloudy white liquor, and I am very satisfied to enjoy it twice. I'm happy!
