Impact of the label 🙌 Gorgeous aroma. Slightly candy-colored. Dryness spreads in the mouth, followed by a gentle aroma of floral koji. The mouth is crisp with a slight taste of lactic acid. The tangy, dry aftertaste leaves a floral aroma. Delicious! Alcohol 17.5 degrees. You have to be careful😊.

When I opened it, I heard a sizzling sound, the liquid was boiling and almost overflowing, and I took my time to open it. It is cloudy white. Aroma like yogurt. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a squeezing sensation. The acidity is pleasant, followed by a peachy aroma. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing. Delicious. It has been a long time since I drank out at a Japanese sake bar in Ginza.

Freshly made in 2022.3. When the cork is uncorked, there is a nice sound of bubbles. As the name "twilight orange" suggests, it is slightly orange and cloudy, with small bubbles visible. There is a slight citrus and lactic acid aroma, perhaps because I heard it was orange. When you put it in your mouth, you get a carbonic acid stimulation, followed by sourness and a refreshing fruity aroma, but the sourness is stronger. The acidity is strong, but when the drink is over, there is a refreshing sour taste in the mouth. More acidic than I like, but very tasty. I feel proud of my local sake. I will probably drink too much today.

Junmai Ginjyo Orikigarami Nama Sake Yumesarara Slightly candy-colored and cloudy. Small bubbles are visible. Sweet aroma. The stimulation of tiny bubbles spreads to the mouth, and the sweetness of koji and fruity flavors such as peach and pear are felt. A sourness remains at the end, and there is a refreshing aftertaste. Delicious. This is actually the fifth bottle. It was produced in December, and its gorgeousness is becoming more subdued than in December.

Merry Christmas! We're having our usual dinner. I bought this sake at an Akita antenna shop. It's delicious. Sweet smell of peach. Slightly candy-colored. The bottom of the bottle is covered with a thin mist. When you put it in your mouth, the sour taste comes first. After that, a fresh and gentle sweet taste like muscat spreads.
