My first Shimane sake. Izumo Fuji. It was very hot during the day. I'll have it chilled in the refrigerator. No gassy feeling. Overall, it's nice and dry! Good cosmetics. It is a good sake. It makes me want to go to Izumo.

We will have our first Naraman sake. Manufactured in 24 years 03 I bought this one at a liquor store after having a hard time deciding between a summer sake and a regular sake. The bottle was opened without any problem without exploding. It's very shwashy. Quite to my liking. I think it's great to drink in the summer.
