First time at Laughing Four Seasons. It was fresher and lighter than I expected. I taste grape, muscat flavor. SENSATIONAL taste. Laugh, laugh. LOL! LOL? It is 50% polished, but labeled Junmai. It is priced in the 1500 yen range including tax and should be popular.

I got it in Hakata in May and finally opened the bottle. I drink it cold. Ahh. Well-balanced, delicious sake. Kyushu sake is delicious. And this sake is from Kurume. I'd like to try this sake with Kurume ramen.

Hitachi is the Fuji Grand View in Kawajiri. I was introduced to it by Isego as a current recommendation. I was introduced to this bottle by Isego. As the description says, it is a good dry sake. Morishima is delicious, but Fuji Taikan is also good.

I was in the neighborhood on a trip and visited a sake brewery. First time. This is a nice experience. I had a bottle at the inn. It was so soft and smooth. The freshness is exceptional. I will have to bring a bottle with me when I come back. Gokotsuru is available in Tokyo, so I will try it again.
