Nagatoro has always been on my mind. I was allowed to taste it at Ikebukuro Tobu and it was delicious. I took home a bottle of light nigori. It was more restrained and gorgeous than expected. The rice used for the sake was a rice from Saitama called "sake musashi," which I had never heard of before. Sake from Saitama is delicious.

Kunigon Sake Brewery's sake is my favorite. Fresh and dry. My favorite. Junmai sake of Yume-no-Kou from Aizu. This is the first light nigori sake from this brewery. It is said to be the first light nigori sake at our brewery. It is delicious!

Looking for a dry junmai sake to go with handmade soba noodles, I picked up a bottle of Yamatan Masamune. Is this sake from Ehime? It has a nice, slow, tangy taste. It's a good one, isn't it?

First time in Tenka Nishiki It was full-bodied, dry, and had a noticeable bitterness. After a few sips, the bitterness subsided a bit. Looking forward to tomorrow and beyond.
