We chose a sushi restaurant that we don't usually go to for our anniversary. The sake is Eikoufuji, which is recommended. The label on the back says that it is only shipped one day a year. Rare sake in a special setting makes one's heart beat faster. We clink our teeth on the shiny, shiny toro, and then smoothly pour down the elegant sake with its fruity aroma. Satisfaction
