susunu1When you open it, you can feel the gas. This is a limited edition for the sake brewing season, drawn directly from the funaguchi. The rice is Mizukagami from Omi, which I've never seen before. It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste that I like. I was satisfied with the bonito.
