Along Ome Kaido Road
On the way from Kichijoji to Shakujii
Sometimes I like to drink craft beer in style.
I thought I'd try drinking craft beer 👏🍺 at the counter.
That was my intention.
But when I was drawn to the sake corner in the back of the store
I was surprised to see an astonishing selection of sake!
At the back of the store, I found "Abe".
I found a bottle of "Abe" at the back of the counter,
Without hesitation, I went home with it. ‼️
Thinking back to last summer's Niigata Sake Trip
Last summer's Niigata sake trip
I went to Kashiwazaki in search of Abe.
The brewery I finally arrived at
had no stock at all... I was so surprised.
Abe's standard Junmai
Unexpectedly, in Tokyo, at a craft beer store
I came across it at a craft beer shop in Tokyo😍.
I finally met
Abe Junmai
One time fire-brewed
It was more beautiful sake than I imagined 🍶!
The sweetness on the palate, one word: delicious!
Refreshing acidity from there!
Too clean and crisp!
High overall strength!
Before, during, and after meals
It remains delicious all the time.
Oh, it looks like it's going to be empty.
14 degrees. Another exquisite degree 💕
Kichijoji Shakujii walk 🚶♀️
Let's take the train 🚃 again!
Good morning, Matsuchiyo! ☀️ I didn't know you knew Sekicho Cellar ❗️😄It's an open, community-oriented 👍I was just passing by and hit the jackpot. It's a hard place to visit but I'd love to go back 🙌
Hi Asanami 😃
Sekimachi cellar ‼️
It's a bit far from the station, but they have a pretty good selection 😃.
I've only been in once, by car, so I'd love to have a craft beer 🍺 at the store 😊.
Good evening, 3KAN4ON! First of all, it is amazing that you were able to park 🚗 in that space at Sekimachi Cellar 👏👏The second floor terrace looked nice and there is a restroom 😄Next time, please come for craft beer🍻!
Good evening, T.KISO! It was a more beautiful wine than I had imagined. I love the sweet juicy and slightly bitter aftertaste! I'd like to try each color and I'll refer to T.KISO's review 😊.
Graduated from Gifu's famous sake, and relocated to Kamikawa, Hokkaido. I remembered the unusual topic of relocating an entire brewery. This is a limited edition sake made from a rare rice variety from Fukui called Kuzuryu, which was once no longer cultivated. A heap of sasamikatsu was poured into a bowl of saké. This is bliss!
Perhaps the first glass was too cold, but after the second glass, when the temperature rises a little, the gorgeous aroma typical of Senkou spreads all at once, along with crispy roasted lamb. Satisfying.
