Second souvenir from my husband's business trip 🍶. It's from a prefecture that has nothing to do with his business trip 😅... rainfall I hadn't bought this bottle since the last time I bought it, when I opened the bottle, the contents overflowed and it was a big problem. This time, he bought it because he enjoyed it at a store where he was allowed to taste it. Because of the previous experience, I let it rest in the refrigerator for a while before opening the bottle👍. This time I was able to open it without incident🤣. And even though it is Yamahai, you can't feel it 🍶. Delicious 😋. I couldn't stop reaching for it and I have a feeling it will be gone soon💦. Tomorrow is a work day, so I'll try to keep it in moderation😅.

Souvenir from my husband's business trip🍶. The place we went to was Kokura, and we bought it because it was recommended by the store we went into there ✨. I wonder if the specs are published? It has a sweet and delicious impression on the palate, with a lingering rice aroma. Is it a sake with less polished rice? It has a lingering habit, but I kind of like it... 😌. I drank it at a slightly elevated temperature, so I'd like to drink it a little more firmly chilled 😋.

Brilliant fruity mouthfeel💕 Slight tingling sensation on the tongue. Koshi sake is delicious 😋. The store had a different color label and a different kind, but I bought this one ✨. My husband is away on a business trip for a week this week, so I have to make sure I don't drink it all in that time 💦.

I've always been curious about this one 💁‍♀️ since I found it at my regular liquor store. I was finally able to purchase it👍 I've always had a strong image of Kochi sake being dry, but this is not that at all✨. Fruity and easy to drink 🍶. Sweetness and umami lingers well afterwards 🍶. It's just the way I like it 💕 Oh, why didn't I ever bring this home 🥲....

Izumo Fuji's Summer Clouds: ☁️ This is my first time purchasing ✨ I had always had a strong impression of Izumo Fuji as dry, so I had refrained from buying it, but recently I have had more opportunities to drink other 🍶s and this time I bought this one 😌. It is easier to drink than I expected👍. It also has a slight sourness and sweetness😊. I kind of have a feeling I'll be repeating 😊.

Second bottle of fuseki 🍶. Slightly more acidic than No. 49 😌. This one was in the recommended temperature range of 10°C to 20°C. It has a lingering umami and sweetness? I think my husband prefers this one and I prefer No. 49 pink label. I would choose a sake that is more dry than my husband's... It was a somewhat surprising result 😳.

Izumo Fuji's Fuseki I had my first bottle last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought several bottles on repeat! I went to my usual liquor store ✨ to find out that it was on sale again this year. This sake is sold only in Shimane Prefecture 😳. Precious sake 🍶! Last year they had one type, but this year they have 2 types 😌. First one! Impression of clean and sharp taste right after taking it out of the fridge 😌. It was drier than last year? I had the impression that it was drier than last year's, but as time went by, I started to taste some sweetness 🧐. The recommended temperature range is 10°C to 40°C, so it would be better to drink it at room temperature rather than right out of the fridge👍.

Seven stars of Eiko Fuji ✨ I had the feeling I was buying this every year, but last time I posted was in 2021😳. I wonder why? Sake level -13 It has a firm sweetness 😌. I like the taste💕 Tonight is the one night my husband can't drink, so I wonder how much I'll end up drinking by myself... I'll make sure I don't run out 🫡.

My husband's Tokushima souvenir🍶. Naruto sea bream drinking set of 3 bottles We started with the Junmai Daiginjo ✨ I had a strong image of Naruto Tai as a dry sake, but... Is it because it's junmai daiginjo? It's refreshing, but I also feel sweetness 😌. It doesn't feel as dry as I thought it would be, and it's easy to drink👍 It's a new discovery 😊.

First time at Shibobotan 🍶. A sake store's plan was to purchase a set of sake with grilled bonito caught in the morning ✨. In connection with Kochi, I chose Shibotan as my sake this time👍. I had never tried this sake before because I was under the impression that it was too dry, but... It's refreshing and has a slight acidity ✨. Not as spicy as I thought it would be 😳 And most importantly, it goes well with bonito 💕💕 delicious 😋. My son, who usually lives nearby but doesn't come home often, must have smelled it and came home today 😳. I'm happy to eat delicious food together 😌.

初、上川大雪です💕 このラベルを見かけるたびに、飲んでみたい〜😆と思っていたのですが、今回夫の出張のおかげでその思いが叶いました✨ 仕事終わりの夫から、「どれがいい？」と4号瓶の並んでいる写真が数枚送られてきて、その中に見つけました👍 すかさず「これ‼️」と写真を送り返し、無事購入に至る👏 そして本日開栓🍶 1口飲んで、夫と共に「旨っ‼️」って声出してました✨ なかなか出会える機会のないお酒なので、買ってきてくれた夫に感謝😌
