It's a famous sake, but this is my first time purchasing it✨.
I had an image of it being kind of dry, so I couldn't get my hands on it 💦.
After talking to the staff at my usual store, I bought this one 😌, which I was told has a lower sake content than the other Shichikanma sake 😌.
It was definitely less spicy than I had imagined!
Even I, who was not good at dry sake, can drink it without any resistance 😊.
I guess I shouldn't have been so preoccupied with the image of being bad at it...
From now on, I'm going to try to buy sake from sake breweries that I had not purchased before because of the image I had of them 😁.

I wondered what it would be like at -17 degrees Sake?
I was wondering what it would be like to drink a sake with -17% Nihon Shudo, but it was very refreshing and acidic👍.
The alcohol content is a little lower at 14 degrees, so it's even easier to drink 😆.
The store owner said it is also good with soda water 😋.
Maybe I'll give it a try next time?

My husband found it and bought it for me when he was in Hiroshima 😆.
