It is a different label version of the sake from the Risshun morning pressing tank 🍶. Koshi's Risshun Asa Shibori is not easy to buy, so we are lucky to have found this one: ✌️ A little tingling on the tongue with sweetness and umami spreading out 😌. Delicious 😋. Oh, it looks like it's going to run out fast😅.

Seven Crown Horses🐎 blue label...is that a first? I had a hard time getting a hold of Shichikanma because of my impression of dry sake, but recently I've been able to enjoy dry sake a little more, or maybe it's because this sake was easy to drink with low sake content, so I can drink it more and more 😆. It's refreshing but also has a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😌. Shimane has a lot of good sake ✨.

It's a famous sake, but this is my first time purchasing it✨. I had an image of it being kind of dry, so I couldn't get my hands on it 💦. After talking to the staff at my usual store, I bought this one 😌, which I was told has a lower sake content than the other Shichikanma sake 😌. It was definitely less spicy than I had imagined! Even I, who was not good at dry sake, can drink it without any resistance 😊. I guess I shouldn't have been so preoccupied with the image of being bad at it... From now on, I'm going to try to buy sake from sake breweries that I had not purchased before because of the image I had of them 😁.
