My top pick, Omine Shuzo's Nama Sake Yumacho!
As I expected, Omine's sake has a wonderful minerality and is very easy to drink.
The powerful flavor of the Omachi rice combined with the muscat and kyoho flavors is a near perfect balance for me personally 😆.
Seriously delicious 🥺.
