A local brew available at a local supermarket. The name is seafood. I enjoyed it with some cold yellowtail I bought at the local supermarket and some horse sashimi I bought at Rakuten. It's low alcohol (13%), but it's good for drinking at home because you can get drunk. Buchi Uyuamai.

My first business trip to Saga. I went to the liquor store in front of the station with great enthusiasm to buy Nabeshima, but was told that it is not in stock now. I didn't hear that... However, since it is a sake brewery, I was looking around and was recommended Ko-Imari Mae. I drank it while eating mentaiko sakiika squid that I bought at Hakata station back home! I drank it while eating mentaiko sakiika squid I bought at Hakata station back home! That was the story. If you ever go to Hakata Station, you should buy Fukuchan Ramen and Mentaiko Sakiika.

The first time I drank it, it was delicious! The second time I drank it, it was a bit sour! The third time (this time) it was a little sour and delicious! It's still a good sake. It may be a bit uneven, but if you like sourness, I think it's good. Drinking it at home while eating bonito tataki, crab miso, and salted grilled chicken, I feel like I'm about to ascend to heaven, but I still want to live. I was drunk within an hour of starting to drink... The seafood noodle I had to finish off the meal was so good I drank all the juice, so I guess I'm going to die young.

It is the first sake I order when I find it in the store because it is well-balanced. But today is just an evening drink at home. It's really tasty!
