This is the one every year during the year-end and New Year's holidays. A definite one for those who like to be festive. It is probably only available at Yamatoya, and online shipping is expensive, but I sent it to four acquaintances this year because I want people other than those in Hiroshima to drink it. It has a rich melon and la france ginjo aroma as shown on the back label, but it is not too sweet and is very tasty. I paired it with Kawanaka Soy Sauce's Graduates Ponzu (Lemon Ponzu) for the yellowtail shabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with yellowtail) in the third photo.

First post in about a year. Macho's Kore is slightly pithy and as tasty as ever. I prefer to drink it first as the fruity and sweetness is a little disturbing as a food wine.

I found a buchi umai: ❗️ If you like fruity, you should drink it. It's aroma is a bit rustic, but it doesn't interfere with cooking. Yamatoya sells it now. Hiroshima is the best. ‼️

It has a nice crispiness and sharpness. I was happy to buy sake at Yamatoya Sakepo, get yakitori and sushi at Fresta, and eat them with my family. This sake goes well with gari, so even if I'm full of sushi, I can drink it with gari for a long time. The kind of sake that makes my wife angry.

Kamo Kanehide is now sometimes seen in other prefectures as well. An acquaintance of mine, who became famous for his work at Tiger of 2038, returned to his hometown, so we went to a delicious yakitori restaurant for our first visit and had a deep drink.
