This is the one every year during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
A definite one for those who like to be festive.
It is probably only available at Yamatoya, and online shipping is expensive, but I sent it to four acquaintances this year because I want people other than those in Hiroshima to drink it.
It has a rich melon and la france ginjo aroma as shown on the back label, but it is not too sweet and is very tasty.
I paired it with Kawanaka Soy Sauce's Graduates Ponzu (Lemon Ponzu) for the yellowtail shabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with yellowtail) in the third photo.
