Maybe it's because I opened the April 2022 production in Sept. The carbonation was so great that 1/3 of the bottle was gone, super fizzy. It is super fizzy. No wonder I opened it with a corkscrew. The color is pink. It tastes more like wine than sake.

It's massive, and the sake 🍶. I drank a little bit. I feel like I'm in the middle of a party. I want to be a better drinker...

The moment you drink it, you will feel refreshed. I like the way the aroma and taste spread after a moment, and I like the way the aroma and taste spread after a moment, and then quickly disappear. It is also delicious with the sake from Toyama. Junmai Ginjo Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio 58 Alcohol content 15 degrees I guess the fact that it says "domestic rice" means it's a trade secret.

I've been saving it. We finally got to drink the sake from the April sales event. It's a freshly brewed sake. I think it would have been nice to drink it in April, but but it's still delicious. When I opened the lid, a sweet aroma spread. It's sweet, has no habits, and is delicious. Junmai Ginjo Satoumi rice Rice polishing ratio 58%. Alcohol content 16 degrees
