I ordered the sake from the brewery that I received at Someday's Miya-san as part of my hometown tax payment.
The one from that time was refreshing, but this one has a robust rice flavor. It is a perfect food sake. The alcohol content is also very low. I will drink it little by little.
Finally opened a bottle of this souvenir from the Suwa Gokura pilgrimage.
The ginjo aroma is not so strong, and for a 15% alcohol content, it feels strong. However, it is also elegant.
I am glad that the brand name does not appear, and on the contrary, it is rare. The selection criterion was the name of the place, Nakatsugawa. There is a slight connection. The aroma is strong and surprising, but the taste is mellow. I will drink it slowly with a high alcohol content.
A gem from Maihime brought back from Suwa.
As the name suggests, the sake is polished and clear. The glass was a gift from the neighboring Reijin, a "collaboration" of five Suwa breweries.
This is also a tasting only. After tasting two kinds of sake, we were at the end of our tasting time. We visited Honkin only. Masumi and Maihime were packed in a cool bag to take home. Still, it's a great place. Suwa is a wonderful place.
The volume.3 of "Kamito," the night of the trip to Suwa-taisha shrine. We finished with Doshiri. The junmai ginjo just before was so different that it seemed a little watery.
I opened a bottle of the wine I had received. I first drank it in a wine glass with the sediment still in it, and it was like champagne. After that, I drank it with nigori sake. Elegant is the best word to describe it.
A marriage of delicious yakitori and the last drink. Dry and crispy. This is also on the back menu. It matched very well with the dish and was delicious 🙇.
Another gift. It can be slightly chilled or warmed.... The bottle was opened at room temperature in winter.... Hmmm... Should it be chilled? The aroma is excellent.
A gift. Both the smell and the mouthfeel are esoteric. It is not a ginjo aroma. It is more like a junmai sake. I can drink it, but there seems to be a difference in likes and dislikes.
