I thought it was a normal wine when I saw it. I was convinced when I saw the word "yukimelt". The taste was definitely sake. It was a surprise following the cherry blossoms and pink nigori in spring.
I brought it as a souvenir to share with my guests. It was a dry junmai sake with almost no ginjo aroma as I had imagined. In a word, it had a complex taste.
I received a gift of a gem from the Shiraito Sake Brewery, well known for its Tanaka Sixty-Five.
It was hard to imagine the atmosphere of Itoshima, a place I've never been, but it was refreshing.
It's not fruity, but the flavors are not too strong, and it's very much a sake.
I snapped this picture after I had emptied the bottle.
I bought it at a wine shop, so I thought it was out of scope, but it was from the Tatenokawa Brewery.
Anyway, it is a delicious yogurt wine when chilled, but why was it sold at a wine shop?
I finally arrived at Choshu sake.
Is it because of the slight carbonation that the bottle is so sparkling at the moment it is opened? It was too hot. It was too hot. The aroma is elegant, the throat is clean, and the taste is as expected.
In the same photo. It seems to be something you can only drink at this restaurant. But I couldn't explain too much because I was too aggressive. It was delicious!
A gift from Aoki Sake Brewery, No. 2.
I often don't feel so much dryness when I drink sake, but this one feels crisp, though it may depend on the food with which it is served. It is too hot to drink, but I am afraid I can't stop drinking it.
I wasn't sure what to open next, but I wanted to settle down for some reason, so I decided on this one, which I had encountered several times while out drinking. Even when I opened it at home, it tasted just as good. It is soft on the palate, but has a good body. It is truly a stable product.
We were served again, this time by the Aoki Sake Brewery.
In a word, it is a great sake. 17 degrees Celsius, but the luscious fruity flavors are so light that you can't stop drinking it. I can't stop.
Another Ise-Shima souvenir that I finally got around to opening after a sickly April. Banana melon fruity flavor. I should have chilled it a little more. It was delicious just because it had been a long time since I had had a drink.
Opened a bottle of Ise-Shima souvenir. The first bottle is Miya no Yuki. This is a sake from a brewery that I was impressed with its unpasteurized sake before.
Today, I had only one glass at room temperature. It is indeed fruity. I'll try the rest chilled.
The record of the first drink of the year, No. 4, the final one. The last one is the one with the spiciest name to go with the grilled dish. It has a clean aftertaste, and is a great dish to wash away the fat from the chicken.
Thank you very much.
A record of the first drink of the fiscal year, Part 3.
A choice of "It's spring, you know. Spring-like........ Was it? Anyway, it was definitely delicious.
A record of the first drink of the year, part 1.
I saw Hiran at the top of the menu and immediately decided to go for it. Bingo. Sweet and perfect before a meal.
90 cc at a time, chopped.
I bought ZAKU and Miya no Yuki as souvenirs, so I'll have something else tonight. It has a clear, smooth taste. Suitable as a food sake. A little bit luxurious.
The purpose is to visit Ise. Mie. Well, not only ZAKU, but also this. First visit. The name seemed to lose its name, but yes, it was delicious, just as it should be.
I had a hard time choosing between this and Amami no Nigorigo, but Peach Impact won. As the label said, I wanted to feel a little spring in these cold days.
The alcohol content was low, and although it might be for women, I enjoyed it.
The label said, "No red yeast rice malt is used. I was surprised to see that it did not use red yeast malt.
