I finally arrived at Choshu sake. Is it because of the slight carbonation that the bottle is so sparkling at the moment it is opened? It was too hot. It was too hot. The aroma is elegant, the throat is clean, and the taste is as expected.

A gift from Aoki Sake Brewery, No. 2. I often don't feel so much dryness when I drink sake, but this one feels crisp, though it may depend on the food with which it is served. It is too hot to drink, but I am afraid I can't stop drinking it.

I wasn't sure what to open next, but I wanted to settle down for some reason, so I decided on this one, which I had encountered several times while out drinking. Even when I opened it at home, it tasted just as good. It is soft on the palate, but has a good body. It is truly a stable product.

We were served again, this time by the Aoki Sake Brewery. In a word, it is a great sake. 17 degrees Celsius, but the luscious fruity flavors are so light that you can't stop drinking it. I can't stop.

Another Ise-Shima souvenir that I finally got around to opening after a sickly April. Banana melon fruity flavor. I should have chilled it a little more. It was delicious just because it had been a long time since I had had a drink.

Opened a bottle of Ise-Shima souvenir. The first bottle is Miya no Yuki. This is a sake from a brewery that I was impressed with its unpasteurized sake before. Today, I had only one glass at room temperature. It is indeed fruity. I'll try the rest chilled.

I had a hard time choosing between this and Amami no Nigorigo, but Peach Impact won. As the label said, I wanted to feel a little spring in these cold days. The alcohol content was low, and although it might be for women, I enjoyed it. The label said, "No red yeast rice malt is used. I was surprised to see that it did not use red yeast malt.

The purchase was also interrupted by the Hida group as the year was coming to a close, so it was a new year's shwash. I just realized that my first Snowman was a UNITEDARROWS collaboration. I'm glad I opened the bottle at the beginning of the year. It is refreshing.
