Hiyaoroshi. The taste is mellow, just as the label says, typical of junmai sake. I've been away from sake for a few weeks now, so I took my time. It's almost the season for new sake...
Purchased at an antenna store.
The aroma is not so strong. However, it is delicious. It is delicious. It's hard to describe. It's modest, but graceful.
This is probably my first Mimuro Cedar. It is recommended to be refrigerated, but not chilled, and I would like to cool it down, if not to the temperature of a kettle. The aroma and taste are soft, and as the label says, the sharpness is not unpleasant.
A record of haste. Today's closing. Delicious. To begin with, they had Jikin, Jyushiyo, and Tasake on the menu. It's an amazing restaurant. But I didn't dare to choose one. There are many good sake.
Certainly dry. When buying at the store, I was told that afri, which is read as "afri," is basically sweet, but this is the only one that is different.
I was told that this is the only one that is different from the other ones. I like dry wines, so this one is fine. The aroma is fruity....................
The order of the comparison (3).
The sake is good as a shime. It is the most robust and as described in the menu.
The name is cool, by the way. Sengoku Warlord series. Kagetora, Narimasa, Masamune, and Shigehide Suzuki. (I think "Magoichi" was hereditary...).
Drinking comparison. The order of drinking (1).
I think it was probably right to start with KID. The fruity taste like an aperitif is not as good as Kid, but it is good as an in-between-dinner drink.
Another one of the gifts. This one is 100% Yamadanishiki.
It has a very light and smooth taste, but it comes on strong as you drink it. The mouthfeel is not so great, but as you drink it, it becomes more robust.
It is said to be mellowed in the snow chamber, but it is clearly sharper than the previous one.
A gift. The first bottle, though the way of receiving is a little peculiar.
It is "Cho-tanrei," which is a rice suited for sake brewing. This is the first time I've heard of it, but it may be the real "light" type. It may be more sweet than umami, but there is no sticky feeling at all. A great aperitif.
The brand name didn't come up. I had heard of it, but this was my first time buying it. The aroma was so unique that for a moment I flinched, but when I drank it, it was surprisingly orthodox. What is this smoky aroma?
I bought it because it was extremely hot and I needed to cool off. The price is quite cheap compared to other brands in the area, perhaps because of its name value? It may be because of its name value, but it is a refreshing bottle of summer sake.
I never thought I would find Kaze no Mori in such a place.
I was so surprised to get it from my throat that I just gobbled it up without even tasting it.
It was a little too good to be true.
I had been wanting to try some sake from the Niida family for some time, and the refreshing 🐸 label. I had no choice but to buy it.
It was full of the freshness of summer sake. This is delicious without any price tag.
I ordered the sake from the brewery that I received at Someday's Miya-san as part of my hometown tax payment.
The one from that time was refreshing, but this one has a robust rice flavor. It is a perfect food sake. The alcohol content is also very low. I will drink it little by little.
