I bought it at the basement of the Tokyu Shibuya Toyoko store. It has a good balance between the fullness of junmai sake, moderate acidity, and dryness, and is a versatile player that complements dishes. It can be served at room temperature or hot.
I served it with homemade spring cabbage simmered in fish sauce and fried broccoli.
