Yellow, white and black malted rice used. Holly blended with three types of yeast. Atmosphere of white wine, easy to drink! Not too sharp, but with a nice acidity, good for summer! Chimera I once received at an event... I saw the cup for the first time and bought it immediately. At the alcohol section of Isetan in Kyoto station.

I liked it at a brewery event and bought it. A comet called Churyumov, moving through space at 32.9 km/second. 329 = Mifuku (Mitomiku). It is a combination of "329 = Mifuku" and "Mifuku", The sake rice is comet rice, and it is brewed with 32.9% polished rice. It is very particular! It has acidity and a milky, full aroma. It is a catchy sake with a good balance of sweetness. I think many people will like it! I want to repeat it.
