The website describes it as "medium-hot", but I personally found it quite spicy.
After a moment of sweetness in the mouth, it has fruity, bitter, and very slight acidity. The sharpness is very good. (Impression at room temperature).
A complex sake. Malic acid and succinic acid...fresh sourness, followed by umami, bitterness like green plums, moderately sweet, not dry, and a variety of other expressions. It is an excellent match for seafood and dashi (soup stock) dishes.

I bought it at a discount from a sake shop because they said it was a little old (2021.2), but I was surprised at how fresh and juicy it was. It's a winner.
