I still don't know the difference between honjozo and ginjo, but I love Kameizumi, and the label is elegant and the color is beautiful. It is slightly thick, yellowish and sweet in color. "Yeeeeaaay!" I shouted without thinking. It's been a long time since I've had Kochi's local sake. I won a prize in the Tosa Sake Drinking Campaign 😭Thank you, sake gods. Kochi's sake is delicious! It has a refreshing fruity aroma like white wine (muscat type). The taste doesn't linger, and it's a gorgeous, fresh sake like spring that really deserves the name "Urara". If you find it at an izakaya, you'll definitely drink it. I'm going to Kochi tomorrow, so I'll buy some. Alcohol 15-16%. Rice polishing ratio 60%.

I'm sorry for thinking that Hakutsuru is too major for you...! The aroma and taste can be summed up in one word: modest. It's an elegant, pure sake that doesn't make too much of a statement.
