I used to be a wine drinker, but I wanted to support the makers by buying domestic products, so I became a sake drinker. I don't have a hangover and I feel good.
Is it because the ingredients are only rice and koji? Does it suit my constitution? I am happy. But I always end up drinking too much, which is a problem. It's more expensive than wine, but I don't know if it's safe...(‸だし)
Today's sake is Asahiyama, 100% Niigata rice.
It's so light that you'd think it was water⁉︎ (again, I drink too much). It reminds me of my father. I want to pair it with sashimi.
I'm looking forward to drinking it on weekends while reading a book on Saturday evenings. Right now, I'm reading Ryotaro Shiba's Moeyo Ken.
