It was described as "super dry" and I imagined it to be of the previous Kure class, but it was mildly dry. What was that? But apparently the sake level is 15 degrees (Kure is 10). They use 100% Tosa Rei rice, which I love. Dori dori! Gorgeous! But it has a piquant aftertaste. I'd like to pair it with sashimi or dried fish.

It's only Wednesday during the week and I'm 120% fatigued, so maybe the super-hot taste feels mild. Two more days to go...all you workers out there, let's drink sake and do our best.
