Oh, it's so sweet!
It's the sweetest sake I've ever had. But it's not heavy, and has a refreshing sweetness. It's said to be light and dry, but it's fruity (the internet says it's pineapple). The brewer's website says, "The balance of sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and umami is very good, and it has a taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
Girls will definitely love it. If this is your first sake, you will definitely become a sake lover. It's easy to drink, but with an alcohol content of 15.5, be careful not to drink it at a fast pace. There are so many different kinds of sake from the same brand, it makes me think again. You can't really tell the difference unless you compare them at the same time.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the flavors change tomorrow.
