Sake is not supposed to be poured in such a large amount... This is my first time to drink raw sake. I can definitely taste a hint of sourness or yeast? I can feel the bacteria. It's also a dark, cloudy sake. It's also my first experience with 18 degrees alcohol. It's also my first time to drink something that's not dry.
Alcohol: 18.5 degrees
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
