Kure辛口純米+10
ようこ
This time, I bought a +10.
It's so dry! Is this what you call dry?
The aroma is mild, but the aftertaste is more intense than when you put it in your mouth... I've never had anything like this before. The alcohol content isn't that much, but it's the strongest I've ever had. Why?
I can only drink this in small doses. Therefore, I am very satisfied with both the cost and the taste.
From the brewer's website
"This is a sake that can be drunk forever, as its crispy spiciness matches the bold Tosa cuisine.
...I certainly want to pair it with bonito tataki!
(Postscript)
On the third day, the taste settled down and became sweet. It has a sweetness similar to mirin. I usually finish a 720ml bottle in 3 days.
Alcohol content: 16 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
Sake content: +10
