Kochi's sake is not sold at all. I went to all the liquor stores in the neighborhood and department stores, but all I could find was Drunken Whale. I dropped by Fukumitsuya and bought a bottle of Kaga Tobi. ...Hmm, is it because it's room temperature? Or is it because I don't eat anything and drink only sake? The aroma of koji and the sourness afterwards... I wonder if it would be to my liking if I left it for a day and chilled it... I'll see tomorrow. But it's full and mellow. Sake is very deep... The more I drink, the more my tastes become clearer. This is also a learning experience!
