This is an introduction of autumn sake from Niida Honke. New sake is heated in early spring and stored in tanks. After one summer, when the temperature inside the storage room is about the same as the outside air, it is bottled fresh. Please enjoy the rich and gentle flavor with the taste of autumn.

The rice is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Aomori's Hanabuki, a rice suitable for sake brewing. It has a mellow and gentle mouthfeel and a mild ginjo aroma.
