The Niida Honke brewery started brewing Kinbou Shizenshu with natural rice (organic rice without pesticides) in 1967, and has been a pioneer of Shizenshu for over 40 years. ~Aki Agari~! This is an introduction of autumn sake from Niida Honke. New sake is heated in early spring and stored in tanks. After one summer, when the temperature inside the storage room is about the same as the outside air, it is bottled fresh. Please enjoy the rich and gentle flavor with the taste of autumn.
