Mauryo Sugar Free
It is said to be a regular sake, but it was rare to find it unsweetened, so I tried it.
It was probably the right choice to heat it up.
But it was expensive.
Hokusetsu Mizuki Junmai Daiginjo
It has a mild aroma and taste despite being unfiltered sake...it really is. It is fresh and wine-like, and the alcohol is not strong at all, making it a gentle sake.
Ume Nishiki: Keep on loving it. Honjozo
I heated it up. It's a honjozo, but it doesn't have a strong, round, sweet and spicy flavor that rolls across the tongue.
Houou Mita
Junmai Ginjo Hon-nama Unfiltered
This is fresh, pure, and unfiltered! It's just like it should be!
It retains its drinkability, but also has a slight weight and sake-like character. Delicious! I paired it with cream cheese. But I think it tastes best with fruit!
Otaru Haruka Spring Limited Edition Sake
Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma has just the right attack and rounded spread on the palate, followed by a bit of spiciness and an aftertaste that is not too harsh nor too refreshing.
Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Shipping Limited Sake
The aroma has a rather sharp alcohol smell. There is a numbing spiciness. It tastes like a typical Japanese sake.
Sulfur-like? Slightly sour aroma.
Strong sweetness (plus 6), but quite well balanced. It seems to go well with chicken, but it can be paired with many things.
Low alcohol (6%) nigori sake. Sake level is minus 70
This is really a drinkable yogurt plus a little sweet sake. You don't feel the alcohol at all, so it's good as a chaser. Delicious.
