The aroma is similar to the aroma of "iburi gakko". It is very sweet, but not fruity sweetness, but thick milk-like sweetness. There is some acidity and astringency. It is a rich sweet sake that retains its sake-like character.
The aroma is strong with notes of rice and alcohol. It stimulates when rolled in the mouth, but there is a light sweetness like young grass that lingers a little on the tongue. It is a Daiginjo-style sake, and the pairing with Iburi Gakko is superb!
Hana no Mai Abysee
Wine yeast used
The alcohol content is 12 degrees, and the sake level is an astonishing -18!
Amazingly light and thin. The aroma is thin. Very suitable for beginners. Reminiscent of dessert wine - easy to drink!
I think it's actually a different brand, but I want to register it as a sake brewery. It has a sour taste, but it's a standard sake and relatively easy to drink! It's relatively easy to drink. The taste is light, but when I heated it up, it had a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste.
Anyway, the name is just so funny.
I don't remember much about it because I drank it while drunk, but I do remember that it was relatively sweet and tasted good...
It's the glorious Fuji! I'm embarrassed to say that I only recently found out about it.
It's just so impressively delicious! It was a well-balanced sake that a lot of people liked.
Souvenir of Kumamoto
14% alcohol by volume, 70% rice polishing
The aroma is moderate, the body is strong, but the taste is thin. But it is tasty and easy to drink.
There is a lot of goodness of fresh storage.
Orizei Junmai
The aroma and sourness are a little strong, but among the Junmai, it is easy to drink. The attack is gentle, but the sourness comes to the nose afterwards.
Smells and tastes so sweet! Delicious! I'm surprised that this is quite affordable. When you roll it around on your tongue and drink it, the sweetness spreads and it's really good. It's a little heavy, but I like it.
Tsukinoi Super Dry Original Sake Ginjo
I'm not a big fan of Tsuki-noi, so I had it on the rocks.
It's not my favorite. I want to pair it with bacon, smoked fish, and gizzards.
