Drank at a barbecue restaurant, room temperature At first, I thought it was too alcoholic, but then I realized that it must be this strong for yakiniku (barbecue).

Sake bar at the north exit. This is also a slightly matured sake, which you can't drink if you buy it in a four-pack, so it's best to taste it at the restaurant.

ユウチャ
Sake bar at the north exit. I was allowed to drink both the rabbit and tiger labels, and for the first time I learned about aging. I don't know what to drink it with, my friend who is a drinker said nuts or chocolate (but there were no nuts or chocolate at the bar). The kind you can't drink if you buy it in a four-pack, let's drink it at the store.

Junmai Daiginjo, cute rabbit label. Bought it by the bottle. Dry, not good with sukiyaki, will drink it again with something else. On the second day, it became easier to drink. Goes well with chashu pork, cream cheese, etc.

Dry. On the day when the Tokaido Shinkansen stopped due to a power outage, I was in Osaka and took the Thunderbird to Kanazawa and returned on the Hokuriku Shinkansen (I later learned that this method is dangerous in winter). I remember buying a one-cup Kaga Tobi in Kanazawa and eating kakinoha sushi and saba sushi on the way home. It went great with the saba-zushi.
