First drink of the weekend. I was under the impression that the brewer's kuheiji was sweet, but this one is light, slightly sweet and sour, and can be drunk. Easy. Watery.

A weekend drink. A brewer was at the liquor store and recommended it to me. I'm pretty sure it's a limited edition. It had a sweet taste, but the spiciness came afterwards. The meal goes on.

ちょっと早めの週末のお酒はこれ。昨年９月の台風１５号で被災した蔵の、復興を祈念して造られたとのこと。１９８０年代の古酒がベースという。紹興酒のような香りと甘さ。でもさっぱりして飲みやすい。
