Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) priced at 1,530 yen before tax. How does it taste? It is fruity, slightly sweet, and has a nice sharpness that does not linger on the palate. The sharpness is a gentle astringency? It's hard to put into words.
Well, I opened it today, but I've already gone into the third sip. I have always said that I like sweet sake, but I think I especially like sweet sake with a good sharpness. This sake made me realize that!
I would like to repeat this sake.
